BOOKING
Scheduling is by appointment only-no walk-ins. Please fill out contact form on website with your phone number. Appointments are able to be scheduled with Kylee Jean via text/call.
All full sets & new client appointments require a non-refundable deposit/booking fee to schedule. New clients must reply day before to appointment reminder confirmation text.
-Every appointment is scheduled for the perfect amount of time to complete your requested service/s. If you're 15 minutes late to an appointment this will be considered a cancellation and we will have to reschedule your appointment.
DEPOSITS
We do require a deposit before scheduling All full sets & new client appointments require a non-refundable deposit/booking fee to schedule. This amount goes towards your appointment. Deposit invoice will be sent by Kylee Jean once an appointment time/date has been agreed upon.
Full set deposit/booking fee $50. Other service (eyebrow/lash lift) deposit/booking fee $25.
Deposit is required before we can schedule. We are scheduling out a considerable amount of time for these types of services and last minute cancellations result in a loss of income to us as service providers. The deposit ensures you are committed to the process. Deposits are non-refundable as a booking fee and to hold your appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us a 48 hour advance notice.
If you cancel any appointment for ANY reason (work/childcare/school/covid/sickness/etc.) within 24 hours, you will be charged $25 cancellation fee the service time for which you were scheduled. No-Shows/no-call before appointment time, client will be charged $50 and will only be allowed to rescheduled one more time on a trial basis if seen fit by the service provider-if that appointment is no-show guest will no longer be able to schedule at KJB.
-Cancellation fee must be paid to book any future appointment at KJB.
-If you cancel a scheduled appointment and have other pre-booked appointments those will be cancelled as well.
-If you cancel an appointment I do not guarantee an immediate rescheduling appointment date due to limited availability.

PAYMENTS
Services can be paid via credit/debit card (All credit/debit cards will have a 3% processing fee), and or/ cash. No other monetary apps/forms of payment are accepted (ex. checks, venmo, paypal, etc.)
Payment is due at the time of service. NO delayed payments are allowed.
At Kylee Jean Beauty we do not offer refunds for services, but we are more than willing to make adjustments when needed. Please reach out to us soon after your appointment if you are not satisfied with your results. If a client seeks adjustments from another salon/lash tech KJB is no longer responsible for making adjustments. If a purchased retail product was broken prior to the time of sale, please contact KJB as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue.
